1.《关于做好当前疫情防控工作的通告合防 〔2022〕45号》文件要求，省外来（返）肥人员和省内有疫情发生城市来（返）肥人员，务必主动报备，进行“3天3检”后，主动参加合肥市常态化区域核酸检测。所有考生，凭健康码绿码+测温正常+24小时（以采样检测时间为准）合肥落地核酸检测阴性报告（电子版亦可）进入校园；为防范疫情风险，考点不接受首个考试日前7天内有高风险区所在市或者地区旅居经历的考生参加考试。 合肥市外的考生请拨打0551-12345咨询合肥市的防疫政策并遵照执行。 

2. 考生提前7天进行自我健康监测，签署《安徽中澳科技职业学院雅思考点疫情防控考生个人健康承诺书》，并在入校时提交校门口工作人员保存。

3. 考生进校须出示：（1）准考证（纸质版）和与报考时一致且有效的证件原件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）；（2）《安徽中澳科技职业学院雅思考点疫情防控考生个人健康承诺书》纸质版（见附件）；（3）安康码为绿色；（4）24小时合肥市落地核酸检测阴性证明（电子或者纸质版）。考生体温<37.3℃，体温≥37.3℃的考生须接受二次测温，两次测温体温均≥37.3℃的考生不得进入学校。

4. 考生需全程佩戴口罩（除人脸识别和检录拍摄照片时），请考生自备口罩，在聚集和排队等区域请自觉保持一米以上距离。

5.须严格落实安徽省境外返皖人员管控措施，解除集中医学观察后，凭解除隔离证明24小时合肥落地核酸检测阴性报告+健康码绿码+测温正常进入校园。中华人民共和国中央人民政府疫情风险等级查询网址：http://bmfw.www.gov.cn/yqfxdjcx/index.html

6. 考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长/陪考人员以及私家车一律禁止入校， 考虑到将要接受必须的防疫检测，请您在常规口笔试到达时间提前30至60分钟到达考点以便按时完成防疫流程顺利参加考试。 

1. According to the requirements of the Notice on the Prevention and Control of the Current Epidemic Situation (HF [2022] No. 45), travelers who come (or return) from other provinces or who come (or return) from other cities with epidemic situations in Anhui Province must timely report to the community upon arrival and provide travel history truthfully. After completing three nucleic acid tests within three days, they must take the nucleic acid testing in Hefei.  All test takers are only allowed to enter the campus with the health code (in green),, normal temperature (<37.3℃) and negative nucleic acid test report within 24 hours (subject to the sampling and testing time) in Hefei (electronic version is also acceptable). In order to prevent the risk of epidemic, the test center will not accept candidates who have lived in high-risk cities or regions within 7 days before the first test day to take the test. For candidates outside Hefei, please call 0551-12345 to consult the epidemic prevention policy of Hefei and follow it.

2. All test takers shall carry out health monitoring 7 days in advance by themselves, sign the Personal Health Commitment of Candidates for Epidemic Prevention and Control at the IELTS Test Center of Anhui ZHONG-AO Institute of Technology, and submit it to the staff at the school gate when entering the school.

3. All test takers must show: (1) the admission ticket (paper version) and the original valid certificate consistent with the registration (if you use a passport to register, please also bring your ID card for verification); (2) Personal Health Commitment of Candidates for Epidemic Prevention and Control at the IELTS Test Center of Anhui ZHONG-AO Institute of Technology (see the annex); (3) green Ankang health code is green; (4) 24-hour negative nucleic acid test report in Hefei (electronic or paper version). Test takers whose body temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃ must receive a second temperature measurement. Test takers whose body temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃ in both measurements are not allowed to enter the school.

4. All test takers must wear masks all the time (except for face recognition and photo recording). Test takers should bring their own masks. Please keep a distance of more than one meter in gathering and queuing areas.

5. Test takers returning to Anhui from abroad must strictly implement the epidemic control measures in Anhui Province. After the removal of centralized medical observation, they can enter the campus normally with the 24-hour negative nucleic acid test report in Hefei, green health code and normal body temperature (<37.3℃). 6. Test takers (including test takers under 18) need to enter the school at the designated time. Parents/accompanying examiners and private cars are prohibited from entering the school. Considering that you will receive necessary epidemic prevention tests, please arrive at the test site 30 to 60 minutes before the arrival time of the regular speaking and written tests in order to complete the epidemic prevention process on time and participate in the test smoothly.
